tu as téléchargé le pilote "complet" de ton imprimante sur le site HP?
c'est ici >> https://support.hp.com/be-fr/drivers/selfservice/HP-Photosmart-C5100-All-in-One-Printer-series/1153538/model/1153539 (pour W10en 64 bits, si ton pc est en 32 bits, "sélectionne ton OS"
il y a le pilote du scan dans l'exécutable
