Hello, first of all, thank you very much for everything you do. I actually have a driver issue on my Hewlett-Packard HP Notebook, responding to the following number: HP, HQ - TRE, 71004 Boeblingen. I have installed all kinds of systems but haven't achieved anything. I have even used all possible versions of driver packs, but nothing works. There are still graphics, network, and Wi-Fi drivers missing. I thought it might be an issue with the original drivers. In other words, my machine is fussy and demanding. I have searched the web tiredly, and I still haven't found anything until now. That's why I'm calling for help. The current system is Windows 10.
If someone could help me by providing at least a link where I could download these drivers, I would be very grateful.
Have a good evening and thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 47.0

Hello,
go to this site install the agent if you don't have internet on this PC do an offline detection, once the detection is complete you will have the list of drivers that are not up to date by clicking on the My Drivers tab.

Hello,
Böeblingen is a German city in the State of Baden-Württemberg, are you sure about the Notebook references?
Is that what's noted on the label stuck under the machine?
Regards.

Yes, yes, I found this information right behind the machine. I know that the serial number is usually located both at the back and the front of the PC, but for this one, I only saw this number at the back. Unless I made a mistake and there's no number at the back. I don't know another way to check this number.
I will try the method from Bazfile. In the meantime, if there's anything else, feel free to suggest it, thank you in advance and have a good evening.

Hello,

Possibly an EliteBook 8440p?

Check the label under the laptop.

Hello, I installed Driver Doc, but I have no connection on the machine to download the drivers. So here is the information I was able to obtain
computer name: Desktop - 23SQL6D
Motherboard Model: Hewlett-Packard 80C1
I think this last one is the serial number even though it's not on the back of the PC. There are many numbers on the label on the back, including those I sent you in the first message. I will try to download individually what Driver Doc suggests on another PC while waiting for other solutions
Have a nice day

Product: M4T15EA#BH4
Model: 15 - ac002nk

Hello,
Indeed, it's better this way!
So it's HP Laptop - 15-ac002nk.
In the search (magnifying glass at the bottom left of the screen, ask me a question), type Device Manager and confirm on that same name in the next window.
Expand the line Network adapters, what do you see displayed there?

In the network adapter line, I see: Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter and Realtek PCIe Family Controller

no yellow exclamation point in the corner of either,

there is also another tab Other devices with a lot of exclamation points in the corner of each driver.
