I have a television that resets to factory settings after every reboot (it asks for the language, the country, etc.). Can you please tell me more about it?

      I think I expressed myself poorly when I said reboot; what I mean is that I turn it off by unplugging it or using the remote control. When I turn the TV back on, it asks me every time to redo the settings as if I had requested a factory reset. And why is it normal to have the factory settings after a reboot? Is it normal for you to turn on the TV and have to redo the settings every time? To change the language and country, to scan again to find the channels?

      We misunderstood each other because for me a reboot is a reset or a return to factory settings, while you are talking about turning it off and on again.
      No, it's not normal, but you need to avoid unplugging it.
