[Ubuntu] configuration de wine

bonjour à tous,

voila mon soucis, j'ai installé wine sur mon pc avec Kubuntu 7.04, j'ai suivi les instructions de configuration comme dans le tuto sur le site d'ubuntu.
je télécharge une petite application (xmoto), je lance l'installation avec wine avec la commande :
wine fichier_installation.exe
l'installation se passe bien mais une fois que je veux lancer le jeux un message d'erreur apparait :

"Fatal execption occured : Can't determine user directory (GetUserProfileDirectory)

quelqu'un peut m'éclairer sur comment faire tourner mon petit programme xmoto sous wine svp, merci d'avance pour vos réponses.

PS : je sais que xmoto est disponible dirrectement sous linux mais c'est juste histoire de comprendre pourquoi ça fonctionne pas et comment régler ce soucis.
