TeamViewer expired Solved

Question

Hello,

I'm looking to uninstall TeamViewer from my mother's PC to reinstall it. During the installation, she must have chosen "commercial version" and I'd like to switch it back to the private version. We only use it to assist her.
I've tried uninstalling it, running CCleaner (with registry cleaning), and we've gone through regedit, but we're still facing the same issue.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 54.0.2840.71

Hello,
I don't know anything about computers and I had the same problem. I found a video on YouTube that explains exactly how to do it. The title of the video is: how to reactivate expired teamviewer.
It works very well, in 5 minutes the issue is resolved.

and if she reinstalls the commercial version, then uninstalls it with Revo, and then installs the free version.
I don't see what else to do for now
