Problem with a site "connection refused"

I'm trying to connect to a site, here: Prezi.com, which is refusing me access. "Unauthorized connection problem."

I've tried with several programs (Mozilla, Chrome, Internet Explorer)
I tried disabling my antivirus, my firewall, nothing works.

Do you have any idea?

    Wouldn't you use a third-party security software like Peerblock?

      Not at all, and it works using "avastsafezone", so when I browse in incognito...
