Hello, I'm about to buy a new computer (HP 15-BA004NF)
Windows 10
1TB of storage
4GB of RAM
15.6 inches
As for the processor, it's an AMD Quad Core E2-7110 with a speed of 1.8 GHz and 2GB of cache memory
I'm not familiar with this type of processor as I'm used to Intel processors
Can you tell me what this processor is worth and how it performs compared to my old Intel Pentium?

Well, this one is the bottom of the barrel, but it will serve you to go on the internet and watch movies, so that's something.

Uh, I can't remember exactly, it was a 1.9 GHz processor, it was on a Dell Inspiron 15

Oh yes, is it really that low-end?
Because I use it as a student to browse the internet, store all my files, and especially to use Word or Excel, will that work?

Oh well, even the E1, the same processor but with two cores, handles all that. I just want to say that these aren't computers for gaming, that's all :-)

Oh okay, well that's fine then. I'm not using it for gaming, I just wanted to know how it compares to my old computer. I looked it up, it had a processor: Intel® Pentium® N3700 (2 MB cache, up to 2.4 GHz).
