Hello,
I have been the owner of a GIGASET A 420 cordless phone for about a year now.
For about the past two weeks, the device no longer wants to charge. Indeed, although it is placed on the base and the battery has been changed, it no longer charges.
The device works since the screen lights up when placed on the base, but it does not charge.
I have read the user manual, but I cannot get it to function properly again.
