Problem avec un code VB

bonjour,

J' ai un program qui est fait de VB et je dois travailler en SQL en essayant de l' installer pour un utilisateur voila un message recu. Qui a une idee de cet erreur. . . ou du moins ke dois je faire en ce sens . . .
