Hello, I'm waiting for a package sent from Hong Kong on August 24, 2016. If I understand correctly, it is stuck in China. I have this message from the mail tracking in France 27/0/08/16 Departure ROISSY INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE PIC (93). PACKAGE NO. RF414868018SH
Could you help me because in China they tell me that my package is in France. Who should I believe?

Hi,

there's the autumn festival happening in China right now, so delays may be longer. At first glance, the tracking number provided seems incorrect; otherwise, please specify the carrier.

Hello

As MaxGix pointed out, there is likely a caveat regarding the tracking number..

The 'ISO country code' SH corresponds to the group of St. Helena, Ascension, and Tristan da Cunha..

We assume that SH actually stands for SG (Singapore). In this case, it indeed left from SG and is supposed to have arrived at Roissy, where the formidable Customs Center is located. The package is on hold (or worse..) over there.

What does this package contain?

Hello and thank you. Actually, it was my daughter who ordered a Samsung Note 4 on eBay. The phone left Hong Kong on 27/08/16 via Singapore Post. I have a tracking link that the sender sent me: http://www.17track.net. My tracking number is RF414868018SG.
They actually sent it as an international registered letter. I went to the post office in France, and they have 27/08/16 Departure Roissy international mail PIC (93). I don’t quite understand, and neither do they, so what can we do? Thank you if you can find a solution.

  from what I understand, on 27.08 the package was handed over to the carrier.
  and according to the tracking from Singapore Post, it was dispatched to France on 30.08.
  
  It seems that the package has not yet arrived in France.

  Hypothesis: the Samsung products are counterfeits and have been seized and destroyed by Customs at the Roissy Center. The recipient is not notified of the seizure unless there is a customs fine to pay.

It's this line that causes confusion: 2016-08-27 00:00 Departure ROISSY INTERNATIONAL COURIER PIC (93).

And below (country of origin) we have
2016-08-30 16:25 Sent to overseas destination (country code: FR)

So it seems like the package would be in Roissy...3 days before shipping???
