    You simply need to go to their website and in the help section

    To use Lycamobile, follow these steps:
    Insert your Lycamobile SIM card into your phone and turn it on.
    Activate your SIM card at www.lycamobile.fr or call 323, you will receive your phone number via SMS at the time of registration. You will need to provide the number on the back of your packaging and your personal information.
    You are now ready to make and receive calls.
    Don't forget to send us the form included in your packaging along with a copy of your ID.
    Assistance If your phone is locked, one of the following messages may appear when you insert your Lycamobile SIM card: "Invalid SIM" or "Insert SIM". Unlocking your phone is very simple: Just contact the operator who provided you with the phone, or disable the "SIM Security" option on your phone.
