Good evening everyone
As the title suggests, I am facing a very troublesome problem.

I had a file on my computer containing photos (which was working perfectly until then) that I cut and pasted onto my external hard drive. Wanting to put them on the television, I connected my external hard drive to the TV, but when trying to open the file, it didn't work. So, I went back to the computer and to my astonishment! It doesn't open. I tried to delete it but this error message appears: "Error 0x80070091: The directory is not empty."

Not being very skilled in computer issues, I attempted to research online beforehand to resolve my problem, but my searches were in vain. I tried downloading software to delete it, restarting in safe mode, but nothing worked!

I hope to find help from you, thank you in advance for your responses!

Hello,

Have you tried using the command line? Procedure:

1) Windows key + R
2) in the "Run" window, enter: cmd
3) in the DOS screen, enter the command: del /F/S "path-of-the-folder" (without quotes)
