Vertical stripe on a Samsung TV

Hello,

I just purchased a Samsung television thanks to a friend.
(Model: LE40B530P7W exactly)
This television isn't new; it's been around for a few years, I suppose, and apparently, it turns off from time to time when it has been running too long, but I haven't experienced that issue yet, and that's not the problem.
When I plug it in, everything is fine, but a transparent vertical stripe of a lighter shade has appeared on the screen.

This stripe is exactly where the yellow band appears when I perform an automatic diagnosis "Image Test."

    Hi,

    Do the menus show in front of or behind this line?

    If it's in front, then the motherboard needs to be changed.
    If it's behind, the issue comes from the screen.

      The menu is displayed in front of this transparent band!

      Does the motherboard correspond to the green or orange board once the back cover is removed?
      Would you have an estimate of the cost of this operation?
      And could it solve the problem of the television's involuntary shutdown?

      Generally, a TV motherboard costs at least fifty euros.
      I had the one in my new 55" Thomson TV replaced six months ago and that was the price I would have paid if it hadn't been under warranty.
