I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with your Wiko Goa. It sounds frustrating. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem:
1. **Restart your phone:** Sometimes a simple restart can resolve glitches.
2. **Clear the messaging app's cache:** Go to Settings > Apps > [Your Messaging App] > Storage > Clear Cache.
3. **Check for software updates:** Go to Settings > About phone > Software updates and make sure your phone is up to date.
4. **Remove and reinsert your SIM card:** This can sometimes reset network settings that may cause issues.
5. **Reset your network settings:** Go to Settings > Backup & reset > Reset network settings. Note that this will remove saved Wi-Fi passwords.
6. **Factory reset (as a last resort):** If the problem persists, you may consider doing a factory reset. Make sure to back up your data first.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may want to reach out to Wiko support or your mobile carrier for further assistance.

Good evening,
It is not the phone that is at fault, as messages are transmitted by the telephone operators; you need to ask your mobile operator.
