Hello,
I have a Philips D215 Duo landline telephone that was working very well. For the past week, the message "unsuscribed" has appeared and I am being asked for a PIN code that I do not have to unlock it.
I have tried the usual 0000 / 1234 / 1111 but it still doesn't work.
Can you help me?
Thank you
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 47.0

Thank you for your response, but the problem is that I do not have access to the phone menu to be able to reset it, only the request for the PIN code
if you have any ideas....-
Have you tried removing the batteries, then going through the registration procedure again after putting them back in?
If not, apart from inviting you to contact Philips... I unfortunately don’t have any other solutions.

Hello,
The default pin code is 0000
Refer to the registration procedure on page 32 (34 of the PDF)
If the pin code has been changed, before attempting the registration procedure, try the "Reset to default settings" procedure, also on page 32
The manual: https://download.p4c.philips.com/files/d/d2101b_38/d2101b_38_dfu_fra.pdf
--It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it’s not there...
