Elevation angle of the parabola

Hello,
Something is escaping me with this value.
For me, it's 35.9°.
Is this really the angle that the axis of the parabola makes with the horizontal (thus the plane of the parabola with the vertical)?
This setting makes the parabola appear very tilted, much more than what I see in the surrounding area. Moreover, it leads me beyond what my mounting plate allows (calibrated from 14 to 50, with the value 24 corresponding to the vertical parabola).
I must be going wrong somewhere..... but where?

Note: my equipment was acquired in the Paris region, and I'm installing it in the south..... but I don't feel that the discrepancy in pointing values justifies different mounting plates between the two regions.
