Hello,
So for the past two days, I haven't been able to reinstall Snapchat. I wanted to update it, and since I didn't have enough space on my phone, I moved some folders to my SD card. But from that moment on, I couldn't see my friends' Snap stories. I decided to uninstall the app and then reinstall it, but it's impossible! At the time of installation, an error message appears with code -11.
If anyone has a solution, I'd be grateful because it's really bothering me not having access to Snapchat, thanks!

I have exactly the same problem but on iPhone, there is the download logo but it gets stuck and it doesn't install anymore, I had uninstalled it because I could no longer watch any videos so I tried to uninstall it but it's worse!

I just tried again for the umpteenth time and it finally worked. Now let's see if the video bug persists.
