My Philips (plasma) television won't turn on anymore

So for the past few months, my TV won't turn on but the light indicating that it's on stays lit and there's no image. I think it's the safety mode that's glitched. I would need help to fix it because it's a good TV, thank you in advance.

    Hello,
    Try unplugging the power supply, wait for a quarter of an hour, and then plug it back in.
