Unable to connect to 192.168.1.1

Attention, there are two interfaces, one for Wi-Fi and the other for Ethernet, they have two different MAC addresses and normally two different IPs.. and "normally" to switch from one to the other, you need to restart the PC..

In your screenshot, only the Wi-Fi is activated... and you are on Wi-Fi "N", it doesn't work everywhere and not with all modems.

You are in automatic... for that, you would need your BOX's DHCP to assign it an IP in your BOX menus, always the same.. you could be at 101 for Wi-Fi, like here, and set 102 for Ethernet.

-- You could run a command: ping 192.168.1.1 to see if you get a response... normally, there are four lines that you could join here.

In your DNS settings, I see you have put the ones from your country with the provider, you could put "Open DNS" by entering DNS1 208.67.222.222 and DNS2 208.67.220.220 and try...

You could also restart your BOX and your router if you have one..

That's what to do and quite a few things to check.
