Thunderbird missing "send" button

Hello
In Thunderbird, I lost the "send" and "forward" functions even though "menu bar" and "toolbar" are checked at the top in the brown banner
What should I do? I can't find a solution. I'm on Windows 8

    Hello,
    You just need to open the window to write a message and then press "Alt + a" to bring up the display tab.
    Then, under the toolbar, you need to check "Mail toolbar" to get back the Send, Attach, etc. buttons...
