Message on Phillips TV "CI Plus Key fail..."

Some TVs have a common PCMCIA interface into which a module + card can be inserted to decrypt Canal +, for example, without an external decoder.
If such a module is inserted, remove it.
Otherwise, your TV will "bug out"...
Try unplugging the power cord, wait for fifteen minutes, and then plug it back in.
If that doesn't work and you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "restore factory settings" or "initial configuration" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
