Hello,
impossible to find a manual to program it, but my intercom automatically opens the door for someone who rings the bell!
Help!

    Well, first of all, you can unplug one of the two wires going to the electric bolt, it shouldn't open anymore, but well... it's just a temporary fix, I don't know the wiring... which might be indicated under the cover, that's often the case...

    Oups... I hadn't thought of that... stupidly!
    Can you, without causing damage, open the part that's at your place and see if the plan is there?
    Do the other residents not have the same problem?
    And what does the property manager say?
    Has it ALWAYS been this way, or is it new?
