WALTHAM TV won't turn on, red light always on...?

Quick question to electronics enthusiasts, geeks, and other experts...

My TV Waltham WTHD 3215MSB has its orange light on, as usual, BUT oh great misfortune, neither my remote control nor the "power" button on the television allows me to turn it on. It no longer responds!
...
What I have already done (basic stuff), WITHOUT SUCCESS:
- Changed the batteries of the remote control...
- Unplugged the power cables, plugged them back in after a few moments...
- Checked the circuit breaker... No issues there...
- Checked that all other electronic devices are working: no problems...
...
First conclusion: It's the television and not the remote control that seems to have a problem since the "power" button on the television does not work any better than the remote...
...
Have you ever encountered this kind of problem, and if so, do you have a "DIY" solution to suggest that could help me avoid a costly call to a repairman or customer service, please?
Knowing that I have absolutely no knowledge about the electronic components of my TV...

    I checked the capacitors... None seem to be burnt. Here are the photos for more detail:

    It annoys me to have to throw away a TV whose components seem to be in perfect condition...!

      A bit of news...

      I checked the soldering, they are correct except in three places:

      1- Burned in one spot... Even though the capacitor seems to be in perfect condition...
      2- A small solder joint a bit dry with "dirt" around it (flux?)
      3- Another spot with four solder joints and the same kind of spilled flux around...

      + I tried heating the capacitors with a hairdryer, without success.

      + I checked with my camera that the remote control was working well, and it is the case; through the camera, one can easily see the lights (invisible to the naked eye) sent by the remote control when pressing the buttons... This means that the signal is OK. So the problem comes from the TV, and yet: there is still this red light that stays on...

      I see that there is no electronics expert on this forum... Or maybe they are hiding... It's frustrating, what to do with a TV that seems to be in good condition?

        I personally bought a TV... but I'm keeping the old one just in case, I have no doubt that I will someday meet someone competent who will know which part needs to be replaced for a modest sum, that will always give me one more TV! Well, while I’m waiting to have space at home, I can always hope ;-). It's really unfortunate that electronics courses are not taught in school, considering that instead of buying a TV, it would sometimes just take paying 5€ for a couple of burnt capacitors, what a waste of money...
