Unable to identify under posts

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 mini and I go online to use Facebook (I don't have the app).
I would like to tag friends in certain posts but I can't seem to do it; when I type their names, I don't get the option to tag them.
How can I tag them?
