Hello, my granddaughter can't remember her PIN code for her Kliver model Klipad Smart 1745 tablet. How can I unlock her tablet and what are the simplest methods to do so? Thank you in advance for the information.

You can reset the tablet by holding down the power button and the volume + or - button, depending on the tablet, when starting it up. Then navigate (using the volume buttons) to wipe data factory, something like that. Then press the power button, and with the volume buttons go to yes -- delete all user data, and the tablet should be reset, and there will be no more codes.

Hello, Is this the "real" PIN code of a SIM card from a mobile operator or just a simple lock code for the tablet? In the first case, you need to obtain the PUK code which was indicated on the stub of the SIM card that you must have kept. In the second case, just check the manual to see if there is a parental code or even force a reset.
