Lowercase letters

Hello,

When I want to send an email via Outlook, the letters I type are lowercase, almost unreadable, even though the font is Comic Sans MS 11. When I receive a reply with my sent text, everything is normal!
How can I get normal letters from the start?
Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 46.0

    Have you checked the display zoom?
    Format tab then Zoom: is it at 100%?

      No, I don't have that. No zoom tab. I have the same as you, but I jump straight from modifying styles to Edit! :-(

      I just went to the options in my taskbar and I see Text Format: Clipboard, format, Font, paragraph, Style, and edit, but there's no zoom option that I could add.

      On the other hand, I have a Zoom at 100% for reception, and indeed I have no issues with reception.

    Thank you for your quick response. I only have a text format tab and I don't see any zoom when I click on it. Could I have inadvertently removed a tab?
