The values are not displaying in my pivot table.

Hello,

I'm working on Excel to process data from a satisfaction questionnaire. I've entered all my responses and I'd like to cross the data. I select my entire table, click on "pivot table," it opens a new sheet, I drag the data I want to cross into "row" and "column," the table is created but there are no values.... My tutor did it in front of me and it worked, but for me, there's no way... Can someone help me?

I want to specify that I'm a beginner, so please feel free to go into detail :)
