Câble 278 used as ethernet

Hello,
my house is wired in traditional (278) T-plugs.
When plugging in the Livebox immediately at the DTI, can I replace my RJ11 with RJ45 and modify the connection to use the already installed 278 instead of an Ethernet cable?
If this is possible, is there a standardized color correspondence?
Thank you in advance
Have a great day

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 46.0

Hello,
---thank you to Brupala for the response. And I apologize for not thanking you sooner.
So I’m picking up the thread... for my 278 cable.
The colors are
--- orange, yellow, purple, brown, white, gray, pink, blue,
which ones should I use?
Is there a color correspondence for connecting to an RJ45?
Thank you for your help.
Have a good evening.

Hello,
For the color matching, it’s the Corel standard; you will find the diagram here:

Which ones to use? Well, all of them.
Did you read my links (the blue words) for the position?

Good evening,
thank you for the assistance, when you're not born into it, it's not easy.
I connected the RJ45, the TV is working great, I can get rid of the plugs.
While browsing the forum, I found my happiness in your links, except that I bought a low-end RJ45, it only has color markings, I had to copy from one that has numbers and colors.
Thanks again for the mutual help, it's really pleasant, nice, and affordable.
Don't change anything.
Have a good evening.

Hi,
is it 278 (cat 3) or 298 (cat 5)?
If it's the first one, you'll need to limit the speed to 10 Mbit/s, which isn't necessarily possible on all machines.
If it's the second one, you can go for 100 Mbit/s or even gigabit if the lengths aren't too long (about 20/30m).
