My player works then stops.

Hey :-) I have a problem, my player works and then stops when I insert a DVD. Plus, it's a system that's being installed right now, so .... I can't do anything. Can someone give me a hand???

    Is it a CD or DVD player???

    Because logically, it's normal if it's only a CD player..........

      It's a DVD player.

        Try the DVD on a DIFFERENT player to see where the issue lies, with the disc or the player.
