Burn audio CD from m4a file

Hello everyone, how is it possible to burn an audio CD from m4a files (iTunes) with software like CD Burner XP Pro? If so, how? Thank you.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    In iTunes .... you create a playlist with the chosen tracks, then right-click on the playlist > burn playlist. In the popup, you select Audio CD and there you go. ;)

      The problem with iTunes is that the burning speed seems to be unchangeable...
      I have a preferred speed, and it doesn’t make a difference. Even at 2x, I’m burning at 40... So my CDs skip in the old CD player.
