Adjust the duration of photo presentation in iMovie?

Hello,

I'm starting a photo project with iMovie 10.1.2.
I can't adjust the duration of the clips.
When I double click on a clip to do this, the "Adjust" option is greyed out and therefore doesn't work.

Could someone please provide me with a solution?

    For the duration of the photos, I found a very simple option: you need to select all the photos, then request the info and then set the desired duration, for example:



    As for the title, you just need to select the right template from those offered:
