Lines and row numbers disappearing in Excel

Hello,
I've been working on an Excel file (for a few months now) and I'm creating product families based on their characteristics. Several times, I noticed that row numbers and their contents "disappeared"; they are actually just empty.
For example, I have row 5870, then two rows with missing numbers, then row 5873. Their contents are still there, but they only show if you click on the cells, whereas I would prefer their contents to display directly without having to click on them.
For your information, I haven't used any functions, any hiding, nothing—I write all the data one by one. I tried the famous "View" with a right-click on the row number column, but it doesn't work.
Could it be due to a cell format? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Or does anyone have an idea of where this might be coming from?

When you attach a test file (with ALL the explanations or desired results) or better yet, if possible, the relevant file, it’s more convenient for the participants. And you have a better chance of someone being interested in your problem.
1) Go to https://www.cjoint.com/
2) Click on [Browse] to select your file
3) Scroll down to the bottom of the page to click on [Create the Cjoint link]
4) After a few seconds, the link will appear in blue underlined; select it and click “Copy”
5) Return to the discussion, and in your reply message, click: “Paste”.

I'm sorry, it indeed seems easier to help me if I attach the file!
However, for confidentiality reasons, I am not allowed to copy my database, and if I copy and paste my data into another file, the lines and line numbers reappear, which does not allow me to understand why they disappear in the file I'm working on.
