Sagemcom DS81 HD decoder card error

Hello,

I bought this decoder with card no 031... in the package on 11/11/17. When I turn it on, the image jumps every second and it displays "card error."
What should I do?

    Hello,
    This decoder is therefore new, the card is correctly inserted, chip facing up, and you are sure of your satellite reception (alignment of the dish)?
    What happens on the unencrypted channels?

      Nothing is happening anymore! After stopping and restarting it, it now indicates that the card is removed even though it is properly inserted...
      I think the decoder does not recognize this card.

      Yes, there is a startup issue (bathtub curve, most failures occur at startup and in the following days) => return to the store.
