Thank you for replying, but I don't want to print, I want to scan a document and put it on my computer.

I've already scanned documents without any issues, it must be my Lexmark that's acting up

THE PRINTER WORKS WELL, but I still can't scan...

So, you can't make a photocopy directly on the printer, WITHOUT GOING through the PC?
Does the cartridge with the neon move from side to side when you make a photocopy?

But yes!! the direct photocopy on the printer works. I still can't scan my document to the computer.
