Hello,

I have a Quigg Electronics B19CH36-09 TV.
We bought a universal remote control, but this brand is not listed in the attached list.
Could you provide me with a code?

    Good evening,

    This might be complicated if your universal remote doesn't have the brand of your TV (since it's a "sub-brand," you should have taken the brand of your television and ensured in the store that the remote is compatible...)

    But we can still try to find it online, what is the brand of the remote (and its model)?

      Thank you for this help... so we have 2 universal remotes:
      - the first is a Sylver crest SFB 10.1.C3
      - the other is a One for all URC-2981
      I hope a solution is possible?

      As Kodomaster mentioned, there is an automatic mode on the One For All, if you don't have the manual for it:

        Thank you both for your research.
        We also tried the auto search mode on the One for all but it didn't work. Nothing happens. We went around 4 times, it doesn't detect it :(
        We went back to Aldi who explained that Quigg was a sub-brand of Médion, which is itself a sub-brand of Philips. But they no longer supply it because it's too complicated with customer service. They also couldn't find the customer service address for the television sets. In summary, I just have to change my TV!!

      Hmm, indeed, I had found another solution, namely a Logitech remote control, but considering the price (over €200 oO), it might be better to renew your TV unless it's recent...

        Well, we bought a small screen for €100.
        However, I’m going to post an ad on Le Bon Coin to try to find a Quigg remote control. You never know ??
