How to install a touchscreen GPS system in your car

Hello, I just bought a new Citroën C4 with a touchscreen, and when I try to access the GPS, a message pops up saying "navigator not available." I would like to know if it is possible to download an offline GPS app, and if so, how to import it onto the onboard computer of my C4. That's all, and thank you in advance for any help.

Was it expected for the GPS to be hidden in this touchscreen?

If so, you should ask your seller why it isn't there...

If not, you need to ask your seller if there is a solution... in which case, it's probably quite expensive.
