Hello,
I am and I need to reprogram it, but I don't see how to do it in the manual... could you help me? I own an Alpine INE-W970BT and I wanted to insert a burned CD.
Everything works except that when I tried to eject it, it says that my car radio is not programmed for this function and it refuses to eject it...
When I go to the manual, it doesn't explain it...
Could you help me?

Hello, there is a bug in your question. Please rephrase it.

Hello
I bought a car 9 months ago.
The previous owner had purchased an Alpine INE-W970BT, great with navigation and everything.
But one day, when I tried to remove the CD, it tells me that this action is not possible and that I need to reprogram my radio.
When I try to do that, it says that to reprogram the radio, the disc needs to be removed... the snake biting its own tail... -

Hello
it needs to be reset, you remove the faceplate and with a small screwdriver you press the little hollow button and the car radio will return to factory settings.-
I didn't see what kind of double din car radio it was instead of often doing single din,
1 Press the [Restore factory settings] button.
2 After the confirmation message appears,
press [OK].
The confirmation screen will appear again.
3 Press [OK].
The system starts the reset process.
But I don’t know if doing this operation will eject the DVD or the CD since the manual says on page 33 that you need to remove the CD or DVD before rebooting the system, which will restore the system to factory settings.- Hello Letotof.
Thank you for the response.
However, I had already done all that and unfortunately at the moment it tells me that the disk should no longer be in the car radio, mine is still there.
I will try to remove the faceplate but I am always afraid of making more damage than good with the electronics.
Do you know of a company that could help me? I bought the car six months ago and the radio is new.
But I don't know the place of purchase.
