Recover deleted file on Word iPad

Hello,
I'm working on Word with my iPad, and I accidentally deleted a file but I don't know how to recover it... Does anyone have a solution?

    It's simply not possible unless you deleted it from the app and your file was in OneDrive.
    If that's the case, you need to go to OneDrive and check the trash, but if you emptied it, it's not possible.
