Application Error (0x000007b)

Hello, I've been having a problem for almost a week.
I downloaded the game PES2016 on my PC (Acer running Windows 10) following all the installation instructions, but every time I launch the game (PES2016.exe) I get this message:
"The application failed to start correctly (0x000007b) Click OK to close the application"
For three days, I've tried all the methods suggested online (including here), and installed all the required software, etc... But nothing works. I'm desperate... You're my last chance lol

    I am also in the same situation...
    I have exhausted the solutions online

    For your information: I downloaded and reinstalled Direct X = Nothing
    I manually replaced the .dll files = Nothing
    I reinstalled the game = Nothing
