Hello,
I need help installing my 4-in-1 printer, Canon MX 925. I can make copies and print via Wi-Fi, but I can't scan. When I try to set up the device using the CD, I get a message: error 0001 0002.
I tried to install the drivers from the Canon website, but the same error occurs. I tried uninstalling the printer and reinstalling it, but I still get the same message.
What should I do?
