Hello,
Solution No. 1: Rename the file "SSPDFCG_X64.cnv":
Go to "C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Microsoft Shared \ TextConv folder".
Rename "SSPDFCG_X64.cnv" to "SSPDFCG_X64.OLD".
Solution No. 2: Remove the "Text Converters" key in the Windows Registry:

Open the Registry Editor by clicking on "Start > Run" (on Windows 7 and Windows Vista, click the "Start" button and place the cursor in the "Search" field).
Type "regedit" without quotes and press Enter.

Navigate to the following Registry key:

Right-click on the "Text Converters" key and select "Delete".
