Question

Hello everyone,I have a major problem with my GPS.I hope someone can help me resolve it.Well, I have a Tomtom One GPS model that has always worked perfectly for a year. Yesterday, I used it in the afternoon, turned off the GPS and the car to run an errand, and when I came back to my car, the GPS no longer worked. Last night, I tried to charge the battery to see if the problem might be there, but to no avail. I don't know what to do to get it working. Please help me.Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, you need to reset the device.
Below the device next to the power entry, there is an access point to perform this operation (with the end of a paperclip, for example). Press the paperclip and hold for about 10 seconds.

Hello, I have a problem with my GPS. It starts up without issue, but when it finds the GPS signal, it completely crashes. I can't do anything with it and have to wait for it to restart just to be able to turn it off.
It also crashes when I ask it to calculate a route.
Can someone please let me know if they have ever had this problem and how they resolved it?

I had the same problem too, one day the GPS just wouldn't turn on anymore I just had to press the reset button with a needle and there you go, it's working again.

Same for me with start25, I installed the My TomTom software on my PC and opened it, then connected the GPS to the PC and it automatically did 2 updates, a short one of 20 seconds and one of 10 minutes, then everything was working again, it couldn't find the satellite before.
