I have no trouble inserting the .mov video into the slide.
The sound plays correctly, but I don't have the image?
Is it a file format issue, a player issue, or a lack of know-how? Moreover, this video plays very well with VLC or QuickTime player.
Thank you, I've been struggling with this problem for a while!!!

    Hi,

Look here to find out what a .mov file is: https://www.commentcamarche.net/contents/407-mov-fichier-mov

This does not solve my problem. PowerPoint uses, it seems to me, the Quicktime player?
So there is probably something I am doing wrong!

      The link is quite clear.

A MOV file (Quicktime Movie) is a proprietary video file from Apple.

Therefore, it can only be played with Quicktime player or Quicktime player.

Okay, but concretely, what should I do for this to work?
    Thank you.
