Would you know how to do "Alt Codes" (fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alt_codes) on Windows without a numeric keypad?

    Do you have a numeric keypad in the middle of your regular keyboard, with the numbers written on the keys?
    You generally activate it (fn+num lock) and try with
