My sim has disappeared!!! ;(

I had two daughters, they were both in a hot tub and then at one point, one of them teleported, I don't know where... when I click on her icon to teleport to her, it goes to the edge of the map and can't go any further...
Moreover, she was my prettiest daughter ;(
