Sims 2 DS tips: can't reach 20% for my hotel.

Hello,
In The Sims 2 on DS, I can't increase my percentage to 20% (hotel). I would like to know if you have any solutions to achieve this or if you know of a website where we can find solutions.

Oh yeah, I have the game too, I'm at 100% now, but to get the 100%
you have to go to the "mayor of Zarbville" and buy new rooms and give rooms to everyone in the lobby, but to get the money you have to go to the desert and take "nuclear constembulles" and trade them with the "mayor of Zarbville".
