Google Chrome's history clears itself automatically

Question

Hello  I have a problem with the browsing history in Google Chrome. I noticed that the history is deleting itself. I have checked the settings and other software to see if I accidentally enabled any option that automatically clears the history, BUT NO, I think it might be a virus or something like that because lately I installed some extensions (which I have since removed) that seemed unwanted. I uninstalled and reinstalled Google Chrome to solve this issue, but to no avail.  I hope you can help me resolve this problem. Thank you very much.

open google chrome Click on the wrench icon and go to Options.  In the Advanced Options tab, select Content settings.  In the Cookies section, uncheck the box "Clear cookies and other site data when I close the browser".   scalpel

open google chrome click on the 3 little dots in the top right corner settings then scroll all the way down the page click on show advanced settings in the privacy section click on clear browsing data and uncheck everything  -- scalpel

Hello If you are in private session, there is no history and the cookies also automatically erase themselves when you close the session. Google Chrome has also decided to no longer support older Windows, up to Vista I believe (needs to be verified), if you have an old Windows, you just change the browser, that's all.  Note: suddenly I can no longer see the responses, only the comments on CCM, my apologies if the response misses the point, I haven't read everything. Edit: I can't even see my own response, I can just modify or comment on it. One is never bored on CCM.

Hello.  If you have CCleaner installed, check if in >>> Options >>> settings >>> you uncheck "clean computer automatically at startup"  This procedure in case you have CCleaner, of course.  Bye  -- There is no point in running; you must leave on time. . .
