    Hello,
    This is entirely normal since your file is an archive.
    You need to decompress it; for that, go to the folder containing the file via Windows Explorer, right-click on it and decompress it, after that you should be able to use it.

      Thank you for responding, I unzipped the WinRAR folder but the file is still the same (a blank page) and I can't do anything with it... :/
