Hello,
I'm confused about the status on Viber; I didn't quite understand. I have some contacts who are online 24/7 and suddenly disconnect, like at 5 a.m. when everyone else is sleeping.
Is it because of the connection or is it because they log out of the app?
One more thing: is it possible to be on two apps at the same time, like Facebook and Viber? Thanks.

Hello.
The online status on Viber does not mean that the person is on the app.
It simply means that the person has Wi-Fi or 4G connected, so all apps become active (which allows you to receive notifications in case of a new message on Viber, for example) ^^
And yes, you can be on 2, 3, or even 4 apps simultaneously, it doesn't cause any issues ;)
You just need to switch between each app when they are open..!!!!
