Extrême lenteur de mon ordinateur

Mon ordinateur est extrêmement lent et j'ai besoin d'aide, s.v.p.

Le démarrage est "correct". Après j'ouvre un programme (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Explorer ou autre) tout est hyper lent.

J'exécute Windows 7 familiale 64 bit, 8 Go de mémoire, 500 Go disque dur.

La mémoire est peu utilisé seulement 2,5 Go. CPU est à 3%. Partition système C: à 33 Go de libre sur 200 Go de disponible.

Les antivirus Avast sur l'ordinateur et Avira (J'ai scanné le disque d'un autre ordinateur) n'ont rien trouvé.

J'ai exécuter HijackThis version 2.0.2. Je ne suis pas familier avec l'interprétation des résultats. Voilà le résultat dans le second message.

        ton rapport avec Hijackthis n'est pas fiable ce logiciel a été abandonné il y a 8 ans
        passe un scann avec adwcleaner

      Le seul anti-virus est Avast. J'ai désinstallé le disque dur et je l'ai connecté via USB à un autre ordinateur avec Avira pour le scanner.

      ZHPDiag a roulé toute la nuit et ce matin c'était à 60%... actuellemnt je ne suis pas devant mon ordi... ça va allé à plus tard merci

    J'ai l'impression que mon ordinateur est très infecté mais sans que mon antivirus ne détecte quoique ce soit.

    De toute façon, je ne sais pas interpréter le résultat de ZHPDiag.
